I close this photo set with hopes for peace. Let's give peace a chance? Does it look like the chance is wavering? Look at the sign. What do you see - brightening hopes or a fading away, like our position and credibility in the world? We've tried the pugnacious approach, the threats, the crusades. We've allowed and dismissed the lies, the obfuscation of the truth while our environmental safeguards and civil liberties have been gutted in the name of corporate welfare for the few, the uber-wealthy.
